I strive to give the best service of which I am capable of on every one of my customers’ projects every time. For 35 years, I have provided homeowners with interior painting services of a high caliber of professionalism, conscientiousness, craftsmanship, neatness, dependability and painstaking attention to detail.

Customers expect I will efficiently, effectively, accurately, dependably and carefully set up, prepare and apply paint to the desired areas. My goal is to meet those expectations and then to clean up, pack up, pull out and leave no trace of my ever having been there, save for the freshly painted rooms with beautiful, new, updated colors.

By focusing completely on one project at a time, each customer gets my full attention. This allows me time to think through, plan out and perform each project to the best of my ability.

Hoping not to sound too immodest, all of this experience, care and focus on each project, goes a long way in making sure that every job will be ” brilliantly planned and flawlessly executed”.

I provide a complete service experience from initial contact, accurate quotes (not estimates) with a clearly outlined scope of work in black & white, color & sheen selection & placement plan, calculation of needed paint quantity, order, pick up of & delivery of paint, material & equipment, professional preparation, and then a controlled, deliberate, accurate application of paint. And I’m continually looking for opportunities to improve the way I operate and perform for my customer.

A two-year warranty comes included with each project. I remove and properly clean up and dispose of all paint related trash and debris. I leave the leftover paint for each color, marked and date for each room. I keep a record of these project details for future reference if needed.

Moreover, I use premium paints and primers, applicators and prep materials. Sherwin-Williams is my supply partner.

Liability insurance is an important consideration. That’s why I carry a $1 million dollar contractor’s liability insurance policy. All of this significantly increases my cost of doing business. I have found, however, that my customers have come to understand, value and appreciate this.

In addition, I have been a member of professional trade associations in the painting industry, have participated in continuing education in the technical and business aspects of running a painting contracting business. I have also been trained in clean air standards and have earned the “Green Paint Contractor” certification. In 2007 I earned the “Who’s Who in the U.S. paint industry” designation for my efforts.

But please don’t take my word for it. I have been fortunate to have received many wonderful letters & reviews from customers over these years. Moreover, I have been honored with Angie’s List Super Service Award for excellent service for 12 years. This is an annual award based on 5 metrics tracked on paint projects performed over the course of an entire year and reviewed by a panel of judges. The award is earned by less than 5% of contractors nationally.

I have been so fortunate to have such wonderful customers that honor me with their kind words, their repeat business year after year and most of all their trust.

Finally, I do not ask for payment of any kind in advance, i.e. zero down payment. I believe trust fosters trust. I won’t submit an invoice until I’m sure that you are completely satisfied with the job. This is my way of saying that I have the experience and confidence to meet your expectations and that you need not make payment until you are in full agreement.

For these reasons, I am so grateful that my customers view me as their trusted, go-to contractor for their painting projects.

My hope is that you and your family will decide to give me the opportunity to extend this same first-class service to you.

Respectfully & Sincerely,

Tobey
